  * returns the correct offset for dpte.iobase2
  * fixes a pointer arithmetic error in calculating the checksum of the dpte
  * moves #if BX_SUPPORT_FLOPPY to include more floppy code
  * added support for %lx %ld and %lu for bios_printf()
