c897ffa619 Cleanups in the Bochs system timer code 
- Now using macro DEV_register_timer() in all devices and lowlevel modules.
- Removed unused timer stuff from the plugin.cc/.h code.

45232b1860 Added standard bus mouse support and inproved existing InPort mouse support 
(Ben Lunt). Added new mouse type choice 'inport' for the existing one and changed
'bus' type to the new standard bus mouse,

59faa4d3ae Rewrite of the MS busmouse support to make it work with DOS and Win95 drivers. 
The device exists for some years now, but it was never functional and it is not
yet mentioned in the docs. After studying Linux kernel sources and a lot of
tests it is now usable. A configure option doesn't exist, so it must be enabled
in config.h. At runtime it is only loaded if the mouse type is set to 'bus'.

de94b08a1a - class bx_list_c now contains a chained list of parameters. Removed the now 
obsolete maxsize parameter from all lists.

223fe998b3 - code for setting up log actions by device rewritten 
- unknown module names now cause a panic
- added log function names to some more devices
- TODO: find a way to configure log actions by device in the config interface
  start menu (most of the devices do not exist at this point)

071c5c1a26 A lot of changes but everything is really trivial. 
Make save/restore default feature, the configure option for save/restore removed from configure script and save/restore made available forever. All code now assume it is exists. Bochs save/restore tree previosly called "save_restore" renamed to "bochs" tree and it will be havily used everywhere, starting from save/restore and ending by various bochs debugger functions. I am going to rework debugger code to get rid of debug CPU access functions and use this "bochs" param tree instead

190b9391cf - delete the device object in the plugin_fini() function of each plugin device 
(TODO: find a way to call plugin_fini() for non-core devices if plugins are
   disabled)
- set the device pointers back to stubs after unloading plugins
- added debug message "Exit" in all device plugin destructors

The PCI read/write handlers written in new C++ - more flexible and easy-to-understand
