d5973c06cf - added runtime config handler for the floppy. Now the media change is handled

c8d2f60225 - added runtime config handler for the ATAPI cdrom code. Now the media change is handled after both 
parameters (path + status) have been set. TODO: implement this feature for the floppy, too.
- call update_drive_status_buttons() from update_runtime_options() to reduce the number of calls.
  Now call update_runtime_options() from the gui floppy / cdrom handlers after closing dialog.

00c4dc40d6 - added floppy string parameter handler and moved "path" handling there 
- the "readlonly" parameter is now completely handled in the floppy code
- detect VVFAT as 1.44 MB media when using the "image=" parameter in bochsrc

8b46dcfc0b - added parameter to control the floppy media write protection. This is based on 
the SF patch #1539417, but rewritten from scratch (patch too old). Differences
  to the original version:
  * internal parameter name "readonly"
  * update parameter if floppy image is readonly
  * wxWidgets support
  * documentation updates
  * no specific toolbar buttons

af3dfa73d7 - presence of floppy drive now depends on the devtype parameter instead of a 
non-empty path
- floppy devtype parameter now uses CMOS values and drive type names
- related changes in the floppy code
- simplified floppy parameter handlers
- some floppy parameter label changes
- added enable handler for the floppy path parameter
- update dependent params after setting the dependent bitmap of enum parameter

071c5c1a26 A lot of changes but everything is really trivial. 
Make save/restore default feature, the configure option for save/restore removed from configure script and save/restore made available forever. All code now assume it is exists. Bochs save/restore tree previosly called "save_restore" renamed to "bochs" tree and it will be havily used everywhere, starting from save/restore and ending by various bochs debugger functions. I am going to rework debugger code to get rid of debug CPU access functions and use this "bochs" param tree instead

190b9391cf - delete the device object in the plugin_fini() function of each plugin device 
(TODO: find a way to call plugin_fini() for non-core devices if plugins are
   disabled)
- set the device pointers back to stubs after unloading plugins
- added debug message "Exit" in all device plugin destructors

9340f3b3f8 - partial sync with BRANCH_SAVE_RESTORE_3 (hardware save/restore not present yet) 
* changed data format of text files for save/restore (looks like C/C++ structures,
    similar to the format used in old save/restore branches)
  * don't set the initial value of shadow bool parameters
  * don't set the initial value of bool parameters twice
  * cpu/init.cc: missing #undef added
  * ne2k.cc: variable tx_timer_active was never set to 1 (type now bx_bool)
  * floppy.cc: missing initialization of the 'eot' array in reset() added
  * pic.h: type of member 'byte_expected' changed to Bit8u
  * pit_wrap.h: unused members removed

8fd02e184b - floppy controller type changed to 82077AA and added a few commands to make 
Linux detect it correctly. This changes has no effect on r/w operations.
- data rate select register partially implemented
