dd384f68ed - report checksum error only if the original Bochs BIOS is used 
- prepared dynamicly created SMP tables (should be at F000:B000, so we can get
  rid of the SMP specific BIOS images)

1f2cde53f0 Fix arbitration of local apic when issuing lowest priority interrupt or arbitrating between different local apics. 751c0f8ea5 - splitted ATA/ATAPI emulation and image handling code. Now it is possible to use
