8733e9a8e1 Remove support for BX_USE_EBDA_TABLES from smbios_init(). 
The SMBIOS spec says that at least the entry point should be between 0xf0000 and 0xfffff. Since the EBDA is currently limited to 1 KB disallow putting the SMBIOS tables there.
This should fix bug #1933859.

4b4f80e6cb - implemented MTRR support in the bios. This is a combination of the individual 
patches from the kvm tree. The code was written by Avi Kivity and Alex
  Williamson. Sebastian Herbszt added checks for CPUID_MTRR and CPUID_MSR.

aacc148f7c - initial revision of the 32-bit init code for the Bochs BIOS 
* CPU, PCI, ACPI and SMM init
  * MP and ACPI table generation
- MP table generation hack in the Bochs memory code disabled (should be removed)
- don't test the checksum of large BIOS images (for now)
- existing 16-bit PCIBIOS init disabled for now

b2468a39fd - biossums now supports padding binary files to 64k. This is useful for BIOS 
extensions at 0xE0000 to be concatenated with the Bochs BIOS core.
