- In the SDL, SDL2 and X guis added new status indicator color yellow. It is
designed to be used by the USB keyboard (write flag 1 and "auto_off" flag 0).

from the legacy keyboard and the check for supported keys is simplified. The
legacy keyboard still receives the unhandled key event, but now sent from the
common devices code.
- USB xHCI NAK handling fix by Ben. Now openSUSE 13.2 boots without hang with
hub connected to an xHCI port.
- Updated Ben's email address and year in some copyright headers.
- USB mouse and keypad now return NAK response when idle and there is no change.
- Implemented HID commands for get/set idle duration.
- Fixed NAK behaviour in UHCI and OHCI.
TODO list: USB tablet should also return NAK (doesn't work yet), review xHCI for
the NAK behaviour, accurate implementation of the idle duration

- TODO: The QEMU people should verify the changes and tell us if something is
missing. Bochs 2.6 will be released after everything has been confirmed to
be okay.
- new gui method set_mouse_mode_absxy() should switch the gui to absolute
x/y mode
- new DEV_mouse_motion() argument 'absxy' indicates whether or not the gui
sends absolute x/y values
- USB tablet code prepared to use the new feature
