Some release preparations:
- Added warnings for currently not maintained features in the configure script, the bochsrc sample and the user doc. - Removed detection of deprecated bochsrc options "i440fxsupport" and "vga_update_interval". - Legacy bochsrc option "user_shortcut" is now deprecated. - Removed deprecated configure option --enable-misaligned-sse from user doc. - Updated some TODO items.
