THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL CODE. Back up your disk images before trying it!
With this version of the patch installed, you should put both diskc and
diskd lines into your .bochsrc. Eventually, I'll fix up rombios.c to
behave correctly with either 1 or 2 disks.
This is a first attempt at allowing "diskd" to work. This patch
does the following:
