Lossless optimization of png image files, using `pngslim` and other tools.
Old vestigial images (may no longer be used):
- Slimmed 20.6 KiB (~19.KiB kpacked), average ~36% saving.

Rename all the me_skin.inc and my_skin.inc to skin.inc.
Read BMP header size from file, don't hardcode.
Make all the skins use the same skin.inc.
Speed up compilation of skins.
