kernel, sf9: zero data buffer for empty slots
Now sf9 doesn't read uninitialized memory when called for an empty slot. Also, applications don't get stale data after sf9 anymore. git-svn-id: svn://kolibrios.org@9968 a494cfbc-eb01-0410-851d-a64ba20cac60
