Augustin Cavalier 3aaad19243 kernel_debug_config: Move global VMCache option to KDEBUG_LEVEL_2. ... It does have a performance impact (as it serializes all VMCache creations), and it is not that useful, so move it to KDEBUG_LEVEL_2 so that the beta releases (on KDEBUG_LEVEL_1) are not affected by it. (The nightlies are on KDEBUG_LEVEL_2, so this will not affect them.)
