Stefano Ceccherini f3d05c8b3a Encapsulated low level terminal stuff into a Shell class, which also ... supersedes spawn_shell(). Removed window parameter from TermParse. Since we already have a pointer to the view, we just call Window() on it (only used in one place, no need to save a pointer).
