Adrien Destugues 8903cd4256 Bump MAX_SHADOW_PWD_PASSWORD_LEN
Fixes #13733.

Unlike written in the ticket, the string length is 136 (not 135),
and the code checks for rejects anything greater or equal to the max
value. So set the constant to 137.
