Stephan Aßmus 7ef5a94047 Added optional package "Welcome". The welcome package documation is ... copied to /boot/beos/documetation/welcome and a link to welcome.html is placed on the Desktop. The mime_update.sh script makes sure that the mime type of the html files is set. However, Firefox has a problem when it is launched for the first time via double clicking an HTML file. Apparently, it initializes some settings and relaunches itself, which in turn makes it forget to open the file.
