Humdinger 2eddc82d0f Add e-mail draft to mimedb ...

Nice to have its own icon (albeit a bit simplistic) instead of the
generic supertype text icon, and a description text.
Draft mails are created by the Mail app when saving. They don't yet
have any MAIL:* attributes.
