Ingo Weinhold dd3be08988 * Removed VisitEach{Initializable,Partitionable}Partition() -- they are 
too specific for a general API.
* Implemented {Register,Unregister}FileDevice().
* Implemented Get{Device,Partition}WithID() and
  Get{Device,Partition}ForPath().
