Tyler Dauwalder 4574a75fc5 + Got rid of global TokenStream object
+ Started on Parser class
+ Moved parsing functions into Parser class
+ Added Pos() member to Err class to allow for
snazzy BMimeType::CheckSnifferRule() error strings.
