Axel Dörfler 8818c50507 * Made QueueCommands::Write() and MakeSpace() public.
* Implemented MakeSpace() (not yet tested).
* Changed intel_wait_engine_idle() to spin() between reads and to timeout
  after 1 second of waiting (could probably be done way earlier).
