* This is still work in progress:
  Printing should work with the following restrictions:
  - Color printing is untested.
  - Some configuration options provided by Gutenprint are missing.
  - Error reporting is missing. 
  - The page margins should at least to increased to 1 cm
    or 0.4 Inch.
