* let BuildSetup set HAIKU_HOST_IS_BIG_ENDIAN according to HOST_GCC_MACHINE
* minor cleanup in BuildSetup
* when building ICU, set the endianness indicator suffix according to
  HAIKU_HOST_IS_BIG_ENDIAN
