beveloper bac2b3f15c When the decoder doesn't support the requested format, the raw decoder is utilized ... to provide a format conversion to the requested raw format. tools	Made the Unit test stuff a bit more mwcc/mwld friendly. It still doesn't build right out of the box with our build system, but with a few changes to the build system it can be done (I'm not going to do that, though).	2004-02-18 21:38:04 +00:00
