under Haiku. This fixes bug #1033. Thanks! * Changed IconMenuItem sizing to use the same method as ModelMenuItem which makes sure the item is large enough for the icon, and which centers the icon in case the item is higher than the icon. * Minor cleanup, added some comments about where those classes are used. git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@20240 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
