Axel Dörfler 5793da1edc Renamed elf_lookup_symbol_address() to elf_debug_lookup_symbol_address() and ... removed the locking it did, as that doesn't work anymore in the kernel debugger. The function was not thought to be used outside the debugger, anyway.
