* libsupc++ wasn't required, the build failed on x86_64. * PPL: --disable-maintainer-mode configure option seems not enough to avoid an autoconf launch. Solved by redefined AUTOCONF AUTOHEADER ACLOCAL AUTOMAKE variables to the noop command "true".
