Axel Dörfler 2851dbad53 * Moved Referenceable.cpp to src/kits/support (private libbe API), and its header to
private/shared.
* Made AddReference() and CountReferences() inlines.
* The registrar is now using the private Referenceable version in libbe.so.
* Minor cleanup.
