recursive_lock_create()) - this reveals bugs in other parts of the system (VM), but those won't be fixed for now (because of VM2). Added the possibility of giving a recursive lock a name. Moved the functions for benaphores and rw-locks to this file (they were part of the lock.h header as defines). Removed unused headers.
