e7d577748b * Added the Tracker preference panel which points to the Tracker chapter, 
which in turn mentions the new Tracker preferences. Thanks aldeck for
  reminding me.
* Added Tracker icons.
* Added Tracker on the Preferences contents page.
* Small tweaks and corrections here and there.
