0d4fa3e526 HaikuDepot: Show Publish Date 
Add a column to the table to show the publish
date.  Also add text on the featured packages
view to show the publish date.  Supports
sorting.

Fixes #13006

6f415a4a02 Update userguide and welcome pages. 
This is the first userguide export on the Postgres-based translation tool
(previously it used MySQL), so please double-check it extra carefully.
(I spotted a few minor problems in the export and fixed the relevant
bugs already.)

27dcc63210 Remove Fonts chapter from user guide 
The fonts prefs were moved to the Appearance prefs a long time ago.
This page is a left-over, not referenced in the user guide anymore.

8aab3a0d5e docs: promote SoftwareUpdater as easy tool to update Haiku. 
The welcome page was still saying the only way to update Haiku
is per command line. Not as much welcoming as one could expect
since SoftwareUpdater is now available.

Add SoftwareUpdater to the list of Haiku's applications in User Guide.

945566ff43 Switch from DejaVu to Noto font 
As discussed, Noto renders much better with freetype 2.7 [1].
The DejaVu package is still in the HaikuPorts repo and can be installed
manually just like all the other available fonts.

bcbc6fda31 Updated user guide. 
* Added Maciej Baluta's GCI work on NetworkStatus, PowerStatus and
  ProcessController with only minor changes.
* Created a page for Daniel Marth's GCI work, based on the wiki page at
  https://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/SystemBinCommands
* Updated translations mostly for Japanese and Italian from the currently 
  running GCI tasks.

b57206f658 Fixed erroneously reversed translations. Looks like one always has to export the complete dataset from the translation site instead of just the changed sets ATM. Thanks Vincent for the tip.
