1e9af0512d Patch by jscipione: Check valid input value range 
for some MAPM functions, since they will otherwise
just return 0, instead of indicating an error.

756b64fd83 * Removed the obsolescent [B]Reference[able] API and replaced the remaining 
uses. Fixes the gcc 2 acpi build.
* Renamed WeakReferenceable::{Add,Remove}Reference() to
  {Acquire,Release}Reference() for consistency.

acb73fef47 No need to iterate volumes's trash folders: we knows on which 
device/volume the entry was moved, checking if it's in this volume trash folder is enough.

dfc6cf0159 Reworked TrashMonitor to watch actual trash folder(s). 
It was still monitoring /boot/home/Desktop/Trash folder,
which don't exists anymore.

0a8ad865de * Implemented operator<() for AF_LINK addresses as well; now NetworkStatus 
actually marks the currently associated network.
* Removed unused code from NetworkDevice.cpp - doesn't look like we're going
  to use it anymore.

c416526666 * Parse the additional information elements the station sends in order to 
retrieve the WLAN cipher/key configuration. Might not work perfectly yet; so
  far I've only seen WPA2, and WPA networks.
* Have wlan_test show this extra info.

d5a09773bf * Fixed size of sdl_type/sdl_e_type, the former is only a uint8, and the latter 
a uint16.
* sdl_e_type is stored in network order now.

440d0e61e8 * Pretty much completed BNetworkDevice. The only parts missing are GetMediaAt(), 
and parsing the extra station data to retrieve the authentication details.
  Comments welcome.
* NetworkStatus should now mark the currently associated network (if any).

d277bc8294 Since the function keys don't serve any purpose yet, make F2 enter renaming 
mode for the first selected item (i.e. just like Cmd-E). This makes Tracker
behave as Windows Explorer and at least Nautilus in Ubuntu.

445751e17a Refactored AddOnMonitor to allow an alternative constructor which does not 
yet take the AddOnMonitorHandler (and also does not Run() the looper
automatically). Added SetHandler() method which allows to set the handler
afterward. Does not require updates in existing clients.

17e54d27dc r39419 accidentally introduced an additional local variable that shadowed the one used to return errors from _LaunchApp. This had the net effect that errors were never returned correctly. 
Fixes #6956.

e6cec9839d * BNetworkAddress isn't really BArchivable material, switched to BFlattenable 
instead.
* Also actually implemented the serializing functionality this time, as usual

eaab4bd5e9 Fix #6758: 
* adjust TruncTimeBase() in libtracker's WidgetAttributeText to use
  the BString-based versions of BLocale's date formatting methods
* restored the 6 different formats Tracker used to try and fit into
  a date column (i. e. it now behaves pretty much as it did before the 
  introduction of the Locale Kit)

0741a7c295 Automatic whitespace cleanup.

d769c15ad5 * Remove cmd+opt+ctrl+up shortcuts since that's an undocumented old combo and it clashes with workspace navigation. Only cmd+up and opt+cmd+up remains. I've checked that it indeed conforms to the user guide, but having a second eye wouldn't hurt. Also reordered the constants for more consitency between the calls. 
Fixes #6833
