Scott McCreary	0fae873352	Updated posix headers to remove commas from copyright line, to match the preferred coding guidelines. ... Cleaned up some header style violations, making sure there are two blank lines after the header guards. Axel Dörfler	3b2c863f1c	The "search.h" header had a couple of issues: ... * It was not self containing, as it used size_t without defining it. * It was not C++ safe. * It used the restrict keyword that is not recognized in GCC2.
