7c44680a36 Renamed the private virtual slots back to their original (R5) names. We would break binary compatibility otherwise, or at least had to do some additional work to maintain nevertheless.

e803870545 Forgot to commit these... Should fix network stuff build issues. 
Add again the load_driver_symbols() export into our KernelExport.h, as it's expected
by many kernel add-ons (drivers, modules)... the network ones, for a start.

2ed834e3f6 Cleaned up BRoster's friends mess. All access to private BRoster functionality is now done through the newly added BRoster::Private class, which is BRoster's only friend (poor BRoster ;-).

8b9ceff84b New fs_query.h header. 
Now defines a new flag B_QUERY_NON_INDEXED - because querying non-indexed
attributes is a slow operation, it now has to be enabled on demand only.

1f293937f5 extended_partition_info: changed partition_code to uint32 and added a field file_system_flags. Added a parameter partitionMapName to get_nth_partition_info() for getting the identifier of the used partition module.

7fd432700b Updated time source code to allow automatic starting and stopping of time sources. 
Sending run mode changes and broadcasting of time changes is also implemented.
For one reason or another, all this doesn't work right now.

d7e25ddc2b A beta tester reported that PackageBuilder failed to load when the OBOS libtranslation.so was used. This was because the 
OBOS BBitmapStream was missing a protected function.  I implemented the protected function (SwapHeader) and changed the cl
ass to use it instead of the previous functions that I wrote to provide similar behavior.

5c339b0237 Fixed some issues in TLS.h (i.e. the inline version of tls_address() accidently 
returned a (void *) instead of a (void **)).
Added TLS_MAX_KEYS macro, and a comment.
Cleanup.

769a895450 Corrected some inaccuracies imported from the BeOS headers: 
CapitalizeEachWord() DOESN'T capitalize words separated by spaces, it
capitalizes words separated by non alphabethical  characters.
FindLast(char, int32) prototype was misleading.

75a7beab8f The header that was committed earlier was different 
from the one that comes with BeOS R5 Pro and PE. It

e28b48e2f7 This small change fixes a major problem! 
A class that has a different size than the original is not compatible.
Thus, every application compiled with this header would crash on BeOS.

incompatibilities that appear to possibly be due to R5 versions

343b352fe1 Signals, 2nd pass: syscall restarting now only works on EINTR (removed other exotic retcodes like ERESTARTSYS); signal handlers now receive 3 args, and the vregs struct is used to save the signal context, making the system beos compatible.

9870ddcea7 kill now sends the signal to the main thread of a process only. To target a specific thread use the new send_signal syscall. Also added set_alarm.

83efd20846 The private data field in struct file_descriptor is now a union (that can 
currently hold a pointer to a fs_mount, or a vnode).
Updated the index_dir part of the fs API.

ec152b4fff Some more changes to the attributes fs API: 
Since BFS can't resolve a vnode_id to an attribute, fs_create_attr() now
doesn't return a new vnode_id anymore. Changed all fs_vnode variables to
"file" instead of "attr" to avoid any confusion.
That means for BFS that the cookie which fs_open_attr() returns will have
to include a pointer to the real inode, if the attribute is not part of the
file's inode.
