Axel Dörfler	aec945c959	* Removed the O_* modes that we currently don't and probably won't support (O_MOUNT, O_EXLOCK, and O_SHLOCK). Ingo Weinhold	a38a92c955	Beginnings of a new, better portable FS shell with Haiku FS interface.
