f7d9c0110d SoftwareUpdater: Initial work on a GUI software updater 
* Planning on having a notification box when updates
  available.
* Clicking the notification box will pop up the
  SoftwareUpdater with a simple "Apply Updates" button
* Currently users need to know to 'pkgman update'
