f9412d9f8a boot: ARM64 EFI port

b5d451373e Revert "arm64: Add missing fdt storage for FDT bus" 
This reverts commit 3e8376c6dd.

Reason for revert: Bootloader currently fails to load kernel

It should be added back once the kernel can start.

1761cb8e6f arm64: Add more headers for code compilation 
This makes ARM64 target compile more files. This patch is one of
series of patches to support new architecture, as fixes in many
places are required just to compile the code.
