Ingo Weinhold	a101e99aad	Added libalm.so and its dependency liblinprog.so. libalm.so provides a ... BLayout implementation (BALMLayout) using the Auckland Layout Model (ALM). The original ALM was implemented by Christof Lutteroth, the Haiku/C++ version by James Kim.
