Ingo Weinhold 1cc5e46925 Added offset and size parameters to create_child_partition() and 
KPartition::CreateChild(). CreateChild() calls AddChild(), which publishes
the new partition, though at that point offset and size were not set, so that
the published devices would not be usable.

Ingo Weinhold f9f2d81621 Added helper function get_default_partition_content_name() that can be 
used by file systems to get a useful name, if the file system (or just
that specific volume) doesn't have one.

Ingo Weinhold dbef8fc452 * Added get_physical_partition() function, which always retrieves the 
physical partition, unlike get_partition() which returns the shadow
  partition, if it exists.
* Added B_PARTITION_SHADOW[_CHILD] partition pseudo operation values for
  the shadow_changed() hook, notifying a disk system, that a shadow
  partition has been created.

Axel Dörfler 3c4cc54948 disk_device_manager.h no longer includes a private header - ie. that header 
is public now, even if it may not yet be public and fixed API.

Axel Dörfler 47f39c93cb Merged the disk device manager module interface for file systems with the 
VFS's interface, so that a file system only has to implement one interface.
As a side effect, the automatic file system detection may now work (not yet
tested, though).
