"Curiously, the two svg files lack styling / namespace declarations so
they won’t render in a browser. Adding an xml namespace to their <svg>
opening tag lets them render correctly: xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"

symbol. Deleted some versions, which used non-standard glyphs. These
appeared to be older versions, which are not in use.

that they are blurry anyways, should give you a perfectly scalable version of
the logo in SVG

have the nice drop shadows, so it's only meant to be helpful to reproduce
the logo in other graphics packages, but it's not the real logo!
