enabled the crisp hinter for now... before release, we might have to reevaluate the patent issue thing... anyways it just looks SOOOOO much better now, I couldn't resist. You need to jam -a libfreetype.so, because a changed header doesn't trigger it (headers are included via MACRO in freetype)

* Fixed GetGlyphShapes(). The BShapes that are outputted are correct now but the app_server still cannot draw them correctly.
...
* Changed the allocation to new for GetGlyphShapes() and GetEscapements() as the data is deleted in ServerApp.cpp
* Minor cleanup
