Scott McCreary	0fae873352	Updated posix headers to remove commas from copyright line, to match the preferred coding guidelines. ... Cleaned up some header style violations, making sure there are two blank lines after the header guards. Axel Dörfler	1c448f3551	Removed all inline functions. ... Also no longer let getc()/putc() point to libio functions directly (they were even only macros there, too...). Should now be backwards compatible, too.
