The /dev/misc/config driver which provides userland access to the
Configuration Manager, once this is implemented. Needed for the "listdev" command and the Devices preferences application. Not tested! git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/trunk/current@2339 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
