intel_extreme: Disable 'experimental' GPUs SNB or higher

* VESA under Intel GPU's is generally native resolution
* These never worked well pre-rewrite, so lets disable
  them for now.
* I'd like testers to enable them slowly and report
  problems as enhancements.
