Moved our networking libraries to src/kits/network/compat. We want to have our own, clean libnetwork.so.
TODO: move all public networking headers to some other place (compat or headers/legacy?) and replace the current headers with clean versions from FreeBSD and BIND 9.3.1 TODO: remove R5 target support git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@15169 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
