Haiku Book: Doxyfile: eat __attribute__ directives.

Without this, Doxygen attempts to parse __attribute__ directives
and often outputs garbage instead of properly parsing them, so just
exclude them from the documentation.

Fixes some incorrect function listings in BString documentation
and possibly more elsewhere.
