Reworked the way HAIKU_CCFLAGS, HAIKU_C++FLAGS and their kernel equivalents are set.
The flags given to configure are kept and the build just adds its own flags onto these. Also the kernel flags are also based on the flags given at configure. I suspect this will be needed for llvm. git-svn-id: file:///srv/svn/repos/haiku/haiku/trunk@43169 a95241bf-73f2-0310-859d-f6bbb57e9c96
