Move creating the Haiku repo info to jam * PreprocessPackageInfo rule: Pull out new rule PreprocessPackageOrRepositoryInfo which does the sed substituation and optionally the filtering through the C preprocessor. * HaikuRepository rule: Generate the repository info file (from the given template).
