agc f72138f83a Don't complain if $HOME/.gnupg does not exist (and using --homedir). ... Don't require a userid to be set in the gpg.conf file - it can be set on the command line when it's needed (for signing and encryption, the other operations in netpgp(1) will take the userid from the signed/encrypted file).
