NetBSD/usr.bin/kdump
uwe fc62aa370e Drop support for KTRFACv0 (NetBSD 3) and KTRFACv1 (NetBSD 5).
Note that on 32-bit platforms it probably never worked anyway because
header size changed from v1 to v2 when time_t became 64 bit.
