kardel 479b835cf3 PR/54513 ifconfig exits on newly created carp interfaces ...

downgrade from err(EXIT_FAILURE, ... ) to warn() if ioctl(SIOCGLIFADDR) fails.
ifconfig now survives freshly created carp interfaces.
