takemura ba04c55ed3 Absolute pointing device support.
- Wsmouse_input() get new argument 'flag', which indicates whether x/y/z are
   relative or absolute.
 - Wsmouse get new io controls, WSMOUSEIO_SCALIBCOORDS and
   WSMOUSEIO_GCALIBCOORDS.
