tsutsui da40bfc506 Pull some updates from the Realtek's driver:

- set RGEPHY_1000CTL_AHD in rge_reset()
- reset RGEPHY_MII_BMCR register in rge_reset() too

While here, use proper macro rather than magic numbers for
ANAR and BMCR registers there.
